Report an Issue

Who should you report problems to?  Here is a list of the most popular items to help you:

Kent County Council

KCC have a reporting section on their website for various problems including:

  • Potholes on Roads and Pavements
  • Drainage
  • Overgrown vegetation (including hedges and grass)
  • Obscured/dirty road signs
  • Salt bins empty/damaged

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council

TWBC has a reporting section on its website for the following:

  • Abandoned vehicles
  • Household bin collection problems
  • Garden waste collections
  • Littering and fly-tipping
  • Issues with dogs such as barking, lost or found dogs
  • Planning breaches

Sandhurst Parish Council

SPC is responsible for a number of areas in the village.  Please report any problems you see in the village that relate to the following using the form below:

  • Old School Hall
  • Clock Tower
  • Village Greens
  • War Memorial
  • Playing Fields
  • Play Areas, Marsh Quarter Lane & Old Orchard
  • The Playing Field Public Toilets
  • The Pavilion
  • Dog Waste and Litter Bins
